I'm a Product Design Lead with 8+ years across startups and enterprise: B2B and B2C SaaS, core and growth platforms, and AI-native products. A curious strategist and builder, I own the ambiguity, align the right people, and turn complexity into products people actually use, that ship and drive outcomes.

Design principles

What shapes
the work.

Think in systems first

I map the whole before I touch the part. The best design decisions come from understanding how users move through a product end-to-end, not just the screen in front of them.

Complexity is the material

Hard products (AI tools, data-heavy platforms, multi-step B2B workflows) are where UX earns its place. I find the signal inside complexity and design around that clarity.

Design is an organizational act

The output isn't just the screen, it's the thinking behind it. I shape product direction, align stakeholders, and make teams sharper about what they're building.

Craft without influence doesn't scale

Getting the interaction right matters. So does framing the problem, pushing back on a brief and redirecting scope. Both are the work. I've spent my career doing both at once.
